Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request
In order to return Mercury-sold equipment for repair, a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) is required. A request for an RMA# can be made using the form below. An RMA# will be provided within the next business day of receipt of the following complete RMA request. Shipment instructions will accompany the RMA#. Please print the next page and enclose a copy with the returned materials.
